James Dobson Family Minute

Learning together what it means to follow Jesus!

"I intend to go anywhere, sponsored by anybody, to preach the gospel of Christ, if there are no strings attached to my message.… The one badge of Christian discipleship is not orthodoxy but love. Christians are not limited to any church. The only question is: are you committed to Christ?"

- Billy Graham

Every follower of Christ is called to fulfill the Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20) by leading others to trust Jesus as their Savior, training them to follow Him as Lord, then releasing them to reproduce the cycle in others. This year we are challenging each NSBC member to recruit 2-4 other people to meet with regularly for prayer, Bible study, accountability, and encouragement in the discipleship process. Below are recommendations for some resources you might find helpful in leading a group of your own. If you start a discipleship group, please let us know about it, and keep us posted on how it is going!
